Position: Researcher/Junior Consultant (Quantitative/Systematic) >>
We are currently looking to hire a Researcher / Junior Consultant to work closely with our founding partner to focus on and help build out the Quantitative / Systematic division of the business. Our clients are based in Europe, the US, and Asia.
You will ideally have at least 1 year of experience working within the recruitment sector. Although you will be fully trained to understand this market well, we would prefer candidates who have prior experience of front office recruitment within the hedge fund space.
We will expect you to have the following:
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Billing track record
• Outgoing personality
• Ambition and Drive
• IT literate
• Someone with a strong interest of the financial sector
• Self-starter
• University degree (technical subject preferred but not essential)
• Client relationship management experience
This position will involve intensive training and mentoring throughout. The right person will be molded to take over this division.

We are currently looking to hire a Researcher / Junior Consultant to focus on Credit-related opportunities – across the whole spectrum – with the majority of work focussed on Portfolio Management. We have clients in Europe, the US, and Asia.
You will ideally have at least 1 year of experience working within the recruitment sector. Although you will be fully trained to understand this market well, we would prefer candidates who have prior experience of front office recruitment within the Credit space.
We will expect you to have the following:
